An educational and methodical manual "Worldwide Intervision" on access to ICT in rural and remoted areas has been developed in framework of IFAP project project “Electronic Libraries in Rural Areas for Reducing Digital Divide in Central Asia”.Book included 6 chapters: decade of mass communications, formula of information services, supermarket Internet, cyber histories, ICT Silk Way, Kazakhstan – from Caspian Sea to Alatau Mountains as well as the list of the educational literature recommended for the education system of Kazakhstan.
